Congratulations David & Jamie! Dancing with the Stars Champions - Dancing with the Local Stars in New Port Richey

Congratulations to our student Jamie from New Port Richey and her teacher David from Arthur Murray Palm Harbor. They are the champions of Dancing with the Local Stars in New Port Richey. Jamie & David were part of a charity event to benefit the Junior Service League. They danced the Samba and the Tango, and were voted first place by the guests at Dancing with the Local Stars. We are proud to have Arthur Murray Palm Harbor represented by such fantastic dancers! Congratulations Jamie & David!

Arthur Murray Dances With the Local Stars for the Junior Service League in New Port Richey

We are proud to have Arthur Murray Palm Harbor take both the first and second place awards from the Junior Service League New Port Richey's Dancing with the Local Stars Competition! Competitors from different studios were coupled with prominent members of the community from New Port Richey, Trinity, Tarpon Springs, and Holiday to compete for the Dancing with the Local Stars Championship. That championship went to our very own student Jamie and her dance instructor from Arthur Murray Palm Harbor, David who danced the samba and the tango. The runners up were Bob and his dance instructor, also from Arthur Murray Palm Harbor, Lania who danced the foxtrot and disco hustle. Congratulations to all of the dancers, and of course, to Arthur Murray Palm Harbor for their awards and their fantastic ballroom dancing!

Arthur Murray Palm Harbor's First Anniversary Party

Arthur Murray Palm Harbor celebrated its first anniversary with a bang! Festivities included a Dancing with the Stars Competition, Arthur Award Presentation, and champagne toast. Paul Dowers was there with live entertainment for the dancers dancing pleasure. And there certainly was a lot of dancing going on. Thank you to all of our guests for your attendance, the party was a great success and tremendous fun!

Congratulations to our student Luc from New Port Richey who wowed the crowd with his spicy salsa in Dancing with the Stars! Luc and his teacher Lania won the Dancing with the Stars Champion title with an overwhelming number of votes from the audience. There was a tie for second place between Geniya from Tarpon Springs with an elegant Viennese Waltz, and Alexa from Palm Harbor University High School with a sassy cha cha. Both ladies competed with their instructor David Schmidt who has been featured on Studio 10 TV.

Arthur Murray's Latin Fever Children's Workshop

This dance workshop is for Children ages 6 - 15. Latin Fever Workshop will have kids dancing the salsa, bachata, merengue, Argentine tango, and the samba. The Kids workshop takes place every Saturday from 1pm - 2pm.
